Mitre 10 CEO, Neil Cowie says of Judith: "As a beloved mother and grandmother, and a valued Mitre 10 store operator for close to 40 years, she will be greatly missed by many.

"Judith was a remarkable women, highly respected and a role model for many, she made a significant contribution to the business and will be fondly remembered by all of us here at Mitre 10."

Judith, along with her late husband Ted, were inducted into the Mitre 10 Hall of Fame to recognise their enduring commitment and service to Mitre 10 in the week before her passing.

Says Neil Cowie: "It was a huge honour to pay tribute to Judith and remember Ted with this Award and acknowledge the contribution they made to grow and shape Mitre 10 to what it is today.

"They are a big part of Mitre 10’s history and we are grateful to have been able to share this moment with Judith and her family."

The team at NZ Hardware Journal would also like to send their condolences to the Bold family, their friends and colleagues.
