The new website will initially sell Plumbing World’s range of tapware and accessories.
Although fully transactional, the new website is also there to drive foot traffic into the store network.
Functionality includes the ability to book an in-store bathroom consultation and to gather product specifications.
And, as Plumbing World’s physical catalogue is now digital, customers can click through to view specific items and create a wish list.
Recommendations are available to help customers assemble matching or complementary products.
