Our latest movers & shakers will strengthen GS1 New Zealand in the hardware channel and boost Build People in the South Island.

Caroline James is GS1 New Zealand's new Engagement Manager - DIY/Hardware. With a particular passion for helping suppliers achieve accurate, consistent, and complete product data, Caroline's experience in the FMCG industry both in previous roles and at GS1 will bring a raft of transferable knowledge and skills to the hardware sector.

"Consumers expect to have rich, relevant, and trusted product information across all channels and digital touchpoints so they can make a more informed purchase decision," she says, adding: "The FMCG industry knows all about the benefits of having high quality product data that meets all their retailers’ requirements (and consumers' needs) all stored and shared in the one place."  

Jayden Rowland is the latest addition to the Build People team during the company's current growth phase. Canterbury born and bred, in his new role as Southern Region Manager Jayden will lead and grow Build People's physical presence in the South Island.

Jayden has worked in the building industry for the last 10 years and comes armed with experience in sales management, business development, key accounts, territory management and operations, so you can take confidence in the fact that he has worked in the roles you may be hiring for!
